Fix leveling / progression for original classes

Spirit borne seems to be the only class that leveling isn’t awful on right now.

Pretty much everything else is slow, tedious, constantly resource starved, etc. You basically suffer through 60 levels until the build comes online and the character is fun to play.

IMO this is because the original classes were designed around a much slower game (S0 days). Now it’s helltides, high density from level 1.

Meanwhile. SB out of the gate you can farm hell tides and high density areas. Resources while not unlimited are enough. The big thing it’s actually fun to level them. Even after the nerfs the class just progresses from level 1 to T4 nice and smoothly.

Balance doesn’t just need addressed at the highest pit levels it needs addressed throughout the entire progression curve.
