Its likely not going anywhere. Its been a thing in D2 for 20+ years and I dont see that changing here. Doing business in China means they need to provide the code to the government and who knows where it goes from there.
There is a reason why most duping exploits comes out of that region. The only way to truly get rid of it would be credit card warriors going away and I dont see that happening.
