Genuinely curious, but how would you test damage with FoF if FoF damage is completely random? Lol? I mean, your damage would be anywhere between 1% and 300%. Or is the original post a joke?
Im facing a similar issue, but as a sorc. Im expecting a lot more damage than expected, and Im wondering if its bugged like Barb.
I guess if you don’t see the damage changing at all you’d know it’s not working but if you see it bouncing up and down you’d know it is. There are plenty YouTube videos showing it though.
Locran gives free 40% crit chance as max. then if you have only 50-60% crit chance, you will be fine. Also, gives resources and crit dmg, both are important to ramal setup. ramal needs high resource at least 320 fury imo, mine is 374 after potion. Crit gives also huge dmg if you get over 4k%. Additionally, if you get big crit chance from locran, you can stack attack speed, more attack speed means more dusts(dmg boost). I can kill t8 bosses less than 30 sec mostly sometimes under 20 secs if its lucky with around 60% attack speed. Not only me but also most Ramal + FoF + locaran setup WW barb can kill t8 boss in 30sec. one korean guy has vid which he can kill boss in 17 secs.
Thats true, When I was found this bug, I was like wdf, Seriously, blizzard did it again??. but this bug is critical for barb. So I posted it. I wanted to ppl know this trash bug.
