Blizzard i urge you ,for the sake of the impending mass exodus from D4 , please do good announcements that everyone asks for ,things that will improve and fix the game.
Do not ride that arrogant horse of yours,it will be a disaster. Its not exaggerating to say that this announcement after the epic fail of 13 page patch, will be crucial to the game ,player retention and future of the game.

Expecting anything substantial instead has a huge risk of disppointment.
I wouldn’t expect any such thing at this stage. This will be hype and promotional stuff for season 1. Not the time for them to acknowledge all the stuff that doesn’t work. They’ll pretend it’s all good and that everyone is excited. Then over the coming weeks when they have far less participation in season 1 than they counted on they’ll start to concede that there are problems that they are looking into and hope to have fixed for season 2.
It’s really not that much to do
Because all of these points were mentioned back in the closed beta in winter they should be already done?
Seems like they are leaning back and drinking coffee because I don’t see a lot of work to do. Those are things you do during a quick coffee break.
I’m no game dev but just add a few codes here and there and it should be fine. We have to stop acting like designing games and coding is difficult. You don’t even have to work in the sun and in A/C room, absolute no challenge in that field. Imagine going to work, popping in a Latte and roll around the office on chair all day. Thats not work, thats fun.

Says quality of life stuff not gameplay changes, fixes or improvements so i think your chances are somewhere between star citizen releasing next month and a shako dropping for me in the next dungeon.
Thankfully star citizen approaches but even better Baldurs Gate 3 is upon us. I know for a fact that BG3 is a masterpiece of unprecedented levels. If star citizen is half as good as the hype then who the F cares about d4 and blizzard. Let them rot man ,they brought it upon themselves

Baldurs gate 2 is the epitome of RPGS ,the best of the best bar none.
Baldurs gate 3 from what ive seen/read/researched respects that legacy and improves. Srsly those devs are a shining example of how a good dev team should be.
Im eagerly awaiting BG3.
Blizzard better get their act together or you’ll see players just play season 1 because they already have the passes from pre-order.
