Why does the rogue have 2 separate poison resilience nodes in the paragon board but no fire resistance nodes? I found nodes for cold and shadow along with 2 for poison, but no fire?
The available resistances for each class is likely a design choice. Since Rogues only have access to 3 elements - cold, poison and shadow, so those are the only resistances they can inherently have. Similar to Sorc’s having abilities linked to lightning, fire and cold, so they have specific nodes for those 3 elements, and do not have access to poison or shadow resistance on their paragon board.
So one way is to use the nodes and get poison, cold and shadow res from the paragon board - but you have to get fire n lightning from the gear or from gems.

Probably so that you can’t rely on paragon alone to solve your resistances.
