You’ll have to defeat every other new end-game boss just to get to Duriel, each time. All of those bosses have a chance to drop other specific uniques. Some seemingly rare like Mendeln.
And what level will we have to be to defeat Duriel? Much later than you’ll want a decent shot to get your Tempest Roar.
Duriel should have a small chance to drop any equipable unique and then a small chance for that unique to be uber, imo. Should be able to target farm all the non ubers from the new non Duriel bosses.
Well, that comment makes no sense. Wouldn’t be target farming if everything has the same higher chance from every boss.
My guess is they probably flubbed it up again, like helltide chests, so get in there early and often before it’s reported and get those uniques.
I haven’t missed getting TR before 80 yet, but I understand it’s just RNG. I still wonder if they don’t flag accounts forcing a percentage of the population to have to use other builds to maintain diversity so they can say lots of builds work. I mean I know that’s not the case, but still…
i have gotten dozens of tempest roars. i salvaged tons of em only kept 1 or 2 in stash. dont even use it. think i got most of em from nmd’s
Congratulation you are a few of the player where its not Account bug where you drop dozen of them unlike us who can’t get it because of something i beleive is bug on my account i can’t call that RNG
That’s why I mentioned the conspiracy theory, lol. I know some people just don’t get them to drop. I only got one in season 1 and it wasn’t a good one, but it was better than not having one and I got it around lvl75. Preseason I got a bunch of them.

If TR rng chance is like their math for calculating experience in season 2 trailer QoL changes then you know why RNG is broken…
You all are missing the big picture. For those that haven’t found TR they can skip straight to Shako.
Is anyone really going to be wearing TR over a Shako?
I got 4 of them today. They are quite common already. Just keep killing, may the rng gods be in your favor

So they commonly drop for you. I know people who have multiple 100 druids since launch and still never seen one. I feel bad for them being locked out of so many potential builds from 1 unique never dropping.
Thats RNG, thats always been a part of diablo with the exception of the D3 arcade game.
There are a couole items in D2 i never found and thats ok.
yeah except those items don’t lock you out of 50% of the builds you can make with that character

Tr isnt all that good tbh. Ever game has items for builds. even D3 did
Air isn’t all that good tbh. Every player has air and other base requirements. Even d3 offered (sets) build defining items.
