Doombringer is a great sword for Barbarian, the max life % increase makes Barbarian into a great tank.
Gonna stack a whole bunch of health and thorns. Been getting lots of amulet with Outburst or Touch as Nails lately. See how high I can get both of those stats.

I dont understand. Why would a barb want an Andy’s? Isn’t that a rogue helm? and not a good helm for that class.
I have Andy. Dont know what to do with it. What kind of barb would have benefit from this item?
Life-Steal and proccing X’Fal Ring. Joritz and Shako are way better especially since we have Undying and Hemomancy.
Starlight Legendary Aspect on ring exist. I need it to test out if over heals can proc Starlight aspect. Then put on Temerity for unlimited Fury. Infinite health with Unlimited Fury. Not to mention if thorn can get the life steal from Andy. IF thorn does heal from Andy, my AFK build will work.
even crafted hats are good with thorns. I made one with +life, +armor, +all stats, +str with 38 fury per fortify over cap. Was practicing 100s (well, as close to 100 as she’d give me) going for extra tanky. the difference between that hat and shako is pretty close in thornes value, but I wanted to see how much of a difference the luxury and blue collar options are (answer: not much).

Overheal doesn’t proc Starlight. At least not from Undying, but Undying does proc Temerity by just swinging a basic. I’ll try it with Andy’s in a bit.
Thorns seems to proc healing from Andy’s, but only a tiny bit. I have to test further, with a proper amount of thorns, Needleflare, and Temerity.
Edit: it procs the barrier, but not the fury from Starlight.
There’s a vampire power that does life steal. Seems to be the exact same effect. I’ve tested the vampire power it won’t proc Starlight unless the health goes up. Didn’t have Temerity to test. My guess is Andy’s life steal is 3% of base damage. Can you get a Unbridled Rage HOTA to 100k tooltip damage? Then see how much health you can life steal from it?
My Unbridled HotA is 280k+ on the phys cycle of Elements, brother.
Undying is the vamp power.
undying is prob the most underrated/appreciated power in the history of powers

Congratulations man, that’s one of the two I need for my Thorns build - for survivability but also to convert the extra life into additional thorns.
Duriel is a stingy prick though lol.
Nice I got grandfather a few days ago as my first drop rotating with some randos it was epic and then I got melted heart on my 5-10th run with my sorc. Would like shako and the spear but I can live without them

You and me both. I’m sick of gathering mats, fighting entry bosses, then be dissappointed. I just want the items so I can run experimental build ideas. not to put together crazy OP builds.

under 150 for me. mostly solo or 2 player. Some 4 player early on, but that was before the dupes got out of hand. I think using only Genuine Duriel Parts™ yields better uber results.
