Penitent greaves, low roll but still useful. This is really funny that I got a drop out of nowhere.

My 40% condemnation I got running lillith statues. I rode past someone fighting enemies and what he killed dropped it, easily my most “wait, this just happened?” Moment in the game.

30% aint max? Had 3 drops all rolled 30%…
it is just unfortunate those uniques aren’t that useful. Penitent graeves at least gives chill efffect so useful.

Those boots are BiS for twisting blades build.
I have a set, though not currently using them in my TB build. My current set-up uses Shared Misery Aspect in boots to perform AOE knock-downs, though theoretically I can replace them with the Penitent Greaves to get the chill effect.

Id personally use the boots, chilled/cold is debated to be the best element.

cold is really good for tier 4, since you can do tons of useful CC to those elites more often and is insane good.

i love my boots, im using the aspect that gives 4 energy everytime you CC an enemy, so legit run around and get free energy then the other aspect that spreads CC to other enemies… too good

I got these boots and then got some pants that gives me a barrier anytime I heal past 100%, which I love cause I have an aspect that gives me 38% damage while I have a barrier active. You can pretty much have the barrier active constantly with them. Can be a little harder in nightmare dungeons, but can still at least active it on demand.
You should go to options and turn on advanced tool tips or whatever
Similar thing happened with a Legendary. I’m across the map and see a star on the map.
