Have the stats changed after the slam?
We have to wait for dataminers to do their thing once pre-install is enabled.
I’d wager that there will be some changes before, during, and after the pre-season launch and end dates.
A rumor was that some of the reduction for the necro minions were going to be removed.
I would greatly say yes, given that there are probably millions of stats.

Not a rumor. They literally applied a hotfix late Saturday night of the server slam.
I’m still hoping some of the ice blades nerfs get rolled back so the build is actually playable.
You need to define playable. I had almost no problems with Ice Blades on Final Bosses. I have a hand tremor and will occasionally, will double or triple tap when I do not mean to.
The fight did take awhile but that was more me being old and reactions slow.
Do you mean dungeon bosses in server slam or what?
Basically the Ice Blades build went from being able to easily sustain 6 Ice Blades under any conditions, to only being able to get to 6 ice blades in 3x the time using the deep freeze ultimate and then you can’t consistently sustain them unless it’s on an immobile boss and they don’t waste too much time with targeting. Pretty much unusable for dungeon clear. And Ice Blades got nerfed 27% and Hydra got nerfed 60% damage wise so the damage is in the toilet, with you basically just having 2 hydras and like 1-3 ice blades most of the time doing 1/5 the damage the build used to do from those 2 skills, and then really being unable to run a 3rd damage skill now.
Today some number tweaks to Barbs paragon boards surfaced on the datamined online builders. Normaly I’m okay with beeing right but somehow the self fullfilling prophecy that Barb will be nerfed further before release is kind of depressing .
What did they change?

Yes, during Server Slam. To be fair, I did not use Ice Blades for anything other than Final Boss. I used a straight AoE Frost Build for clearing dungeons before the final boss. Also, I was never able to get 6 blades out at once. So, going slower, taking longer to fight mobs and boss means little to no problems you described.
So you were playing a frost build and put in ice blades for a little bit extra singletarget (probably very little). Very different from playing a conjuration ice blades build.
The ice blade CDR synergy was one thing and the 30% HP as barrier for 5 seconds was another.
50% nerfs to each would have been sufficient, but they did a 60% reduction to barrier time and like a 90% reduction to the ice blades cdr
Barrier time is w/e IMO, it’. The problem is you can’t sustain Ice Blades now.
Now you end up with like 2 hydra at 40% power and like 2 ice blades at 73% power, so compared to before it’s like having 1 hydra with 3 heads and 1.5 ice blades most of the time.
No and yes. At this point, I do not want to mess with the stagger mechanic. So, Barrage for my Rogue, Ice Blades for my Frost Sorc, etc. because of the CC immunity. Otherwise, it is a standard AoE build. As such, it is not even close to a conjuration build.

time spent with family!! If you can combine that with game time, you really win.
i think with arc lash spam, the cdr build is working when reaching paragon and having that 20% duration for conjurations.
The amount of ice blades will still be a lot less then before, tho.
If Enchantment master reduces the burden of that ice blades enchant to 32 sec. then we have a build again. The potential dmg with paragon is probably not bad given the fact that it is kinda similar to crackling, with one of the strongest glyphs.
But i would not recommend it for leveling, its just not good enough on its own until mid paragon. Your better of just spamming arc lash till you bleed
