In Halls of Assembly dungeon, objective is Cultist Refuge. I’m on the final enemy in “slay all enemies.” The enemy is located behind the door I can’t unlock until I kill the final enemy.
Still hasn’t been fixed as of 6/2, I see the last one stuck behind the door.

I just experienced the same issue in Hallowed Halls (Luban’s Rest, tier 59) – “slay all enemies” objective where the final enemy was behind the locked door.
However, in my case, the required enemy was a loot goblin, and I managed to get it to run away from me after fidgeting around in front of the locked door for a couple minutes. This caused the unique key-carrying mob to spawn, letting me get past the door. Obviously, if it were any other kind of mob, I wouldn’t have been able to continue.
Very irritating, especially since (as far as I can tell) this thread seems to be the earliest report of this bug, and it’s now been over 6 months without a fix.
