Fiery Surge is supposed to grant up to +30% Mana Regeneration after killing a burning enemy. Killing a burning enemy DOES NOT increase the Mana Regeneration stat. You can check the stat increase in the player menu in real time when using other skills such as Ice Armor.

This still doesnt work. It really needs to be fixed, considering Blizzard just added mobs that can suck resources on hit

Hopefully they will fix this along with the buff for the sorc that they mentioned at the campfire stream.

The skill is still bugged
I still feel like this passive is bugged even after the buff.
It IS bugged and the latest patchnotes still doesnt say that they plan on fixing this
1.1.1 is supposed to buff fireball, but without fiery surge it will still not be good.
Still bugged in 1.1.2
