are you guys serious u updated the game and never even bothered to update the fenris error game is still unplayable still crashes am so close to asking for a refund coz this utter nonsese honeslty how do u excpect people who buy the ultimate edition to suffer like this i mean honselty cant even get passed the first town even now the game keeps crashing.
Consider yourself lucky, I cant even get the game to load at all…

Yeah im pissed i paid 100 bucks and i haven’t been able to play at all. Many people have submitted reports for the fenris error and haven’t gotten any response. I hope they give me a refund i paid 30 bucks to play early and i havent been able to play at all

I got a call from a Blizzard engineer yesterday. They stated they are aware of the error and will issue refunds if you want one, but I chose to work with them directly so they are using my fenris logs and setup to try to chase it down. More to come…

Did they give you a number to reach them or an email? It’s October and today alone I’ve crashed with that fenris report 7 times and that’s not counting how many times I crash days before. I even spoke with Microsoft for 3 hrs a week ago and he tried EVERYTHING there’s to do on my NEW PC AilienWare top of the line not even 4 months old so, there’s no excuse for this crap. SO if you have a number for them or and email that would be great PLEASE and TY.
