Feedback - Rogue needs a Throwing Knife Core Skill/Resource Spender

Puncture is pretty sweet. It’s a Basic Skill/Resource Generator that is a fairly flashy Thrown Dagger combo.

There needs to be a Resource Spender to match it.

You go to the Core Skills/Resource Spenders and you have…2 Melee and THREE Bow Spender skills. Do we really need 3 Bow resource spenders?

Can we either get 1 of those Bow Skills changed to a Thrown Dagger skill, or can Twisting Blades be made into a ranged ability? The 2nd half of Twisting Blades is already fairly ranged, just let us throw the daggers initially and then have them return with the same effects as it currently has.

Changing one of the bow skills to a thrown knife would change nothing other than the animation

One of the best things I found was a legendary that dropped for me. It changed Flurry into a complete 360 ability with buffed damage. I feel it was short ranged, but further than other melee classes. It felt really good getting vulnerable up with puncture and then jumping in and using that version of Flurry to spread it and pretty much killing everything around you. Even better when paired with Poison or Shadow Imbue.

I plan to play Rogue and its for sure the item I will be looking for on release.

They could do away with one of the bow cores though. Barrage was pretty uselss. Its very similar to Rapid Fire, but Rapid Fire was way better. Penetrating shot has its purpose with pushback and knock down. Barrage could easily be forgotten.

I’m thinking something similar, though I feel it may be easier to just make Twisting Blades into a ranged skill, or one of the two Node choices for it ranged. Seeing that the 2nd half of the skill (when the blades come back to you) is already ranged.
