[FEEDBACK] Just 5 little QoL/minor annoyance fixes to improve the experience

Aside from other suggestions we hope for like wardrobe allowing players to change hairstyle after character creation, or separate slows for bears and eyebrows, or ear rings and nose rings…or the other long list of QoL things suggested previously- there are a few annoying things in gameplay that was a bother in the betas:

1. Please add a list- A way to know which dungeons and cellars you have been to over the entire character career.

With Dungeons you know by the chest icon, some dungeons dont have chests or you’re on alt. When you relog it doesnt show you what you did past that session making it very confusing.
The Tab-W achievement page only shows a number of dungeons, not which. Please add a named list. I knew I hadn’t been to every dungeon but they didnt have a green checkmark, an orange dot, or anything. Cellars are way worse, there is nothing telling you that you’ve been there or not if you relog.

2. Evade immediately after climbing ladder

The evade needs to be reworked to dodge in the direction of the cursor or re-climb the ladder you just came off of, because if you’re in the ladder radius you will automatically start climbing it again, when you actually want to dash in the direction you’re running in away from the ladder.

3. Other players randomly joining your local world event ends the timers on mastery objectives.

I had 30 seconds left to kill shamans that make central target invulnerable and was about to succeed the mastery secondary objective, then suddenly 2 random players showed up and the timer counted down immediately and the event ended.
Why? That needs to remain the conditions whereunder I devoted my life’s last 2 minutes to and not get ruined.

4. Legion Invasion event at Kor Dragan was constantly not spawning enemies after the first wave, and that happened all the time in previous beta.

5. It would be nice to have a description of which slots a legendary aspect can fit but scrolling its tool tip, without having to run to the occultist or already have the aspect in your inventory.

QoL: auto-loot with filters for junk/common/magic/rare/legendary

Some of us old shaky people can’t hyper-click pixels like we’re headshotting in Quake anymore.

Oh yes, autoloot can’t hurt, like WASD movement.

I care for neither, but funny story after the recent WASD movement saga:
I introduced a female friend to Diablo 4 beta and the FIRST thing she complained about, literally 10 seconds into the game, “why can I move with the keys like WoW” haha
So yeah…

That would also help with avoiding mechanics on large bosses like Ashava where you stop moving cuz’ your cursor targeted the boss instead of moving and you get swept and one-shot.

Dying like that is just annoying because you’re doing everything correctly it’s the interface that screwed you.

That’s why I use move-only button.
Right mouse button is move only (like any top-down game), and shift is hold position for precise control.

Assign skill popup is a bit big IMO, needs not cover half the screen area, it’s no problem to swap skills mid-combat cause doing so assigns them on-CD so don’t see why not make the screen mid-combat useful tbh

Is it me or didn’t find a way how to assign a skill to skillbar with a Controller  ? (had to constantly hit “S” in order to open that one)

Also, if we’re not getting a cursor on a Controller, could we at least have skills target nearest targets as opposed to half-distant stuff ? (for ex. 5 mobs in my face and shooting my Meteor and expecting to clear that up, nope, Meteor drops at an Archer almost off-screen that I barely see or may have not even engaged tbh)

Or at least make it a toggle, “regular prioritisation” as is - prioritise what game thinks is most important, “closest enemy prioritisation” prioritise stuff right in front

Yes, tried both - played as a KBM and as a Controller user, seems close but not quite there yet QoL-wise

Speaking of obstructive popups, the damn banner of event completed covers 25% of your vision and the fight is still continuing.
