Feedback for Season 6 Changes (PTR)

I wanted to share my thoughts on the Season 6 changes. Overall, I think the changes are very good. As a casual player who enjoys playing Sorcerer, I don’t have the luxury of spending 10 to 15 hours a day on the game. It’s important for the developers to keep this in mind.

The game should be enjoyable for players who have limited time to play. If the game becomes too challenging and time-consuming, it can be discouraging. The suggestion to play on lower difficulties like Tormented 2 or 3 instead of Tormented 4 feels like a compromise that diminishes my experience. I don’t want to feel like I’m playing a lesser version of the game. This can be quite disheartening.

Regarding the unique 800 power gear, it feels almost impossible to obtain. It’s easier to get an Uber than to find unique 800 power gear. Even in general, 800 power gear is extremely rare, and the risk of breaking items when trying to temper them makes the grind excessively difficult. While I understand the need for balance, the current state feels off. Perhaps there are more sources for 800 power gear that we haven’t experienced in the PTR, but from what I’ve seen, it’s not balanced well.

In general, everything felt good, but I strongly believe that the game should not become overly difficult or require excessive grinding.

It’s also important to remember that the Pit is now part of the leveling system. Making it harder will make the game unplayable for casual players. If there needs to be a challenging playground, perhaps it can be in a separate mode with a leaderboard (AKA gauntlet). The game shouldn’t be about catering to a small percentage of players; it should be enjoyable for everyone. I’m here to have fun!
