Level scaling is a bit too much. You dont feel a sense of power progression while playing the game. You need to re-organize the scaling in the game via the world tier systems and incentivize people to play the higher world tiers via better rewards. Your character should feel weak in World Tier 5 but not World Tier 2. This portion of the game needs work. Atleast cap the enemy levels via world tiers so players understand the power fantasy will come.

Each season should come with a world tier 5 uber powerful boss which you grind pieces for in order to open a gate to be able to challenge him. He should be very difficult and be the end game goal for players participating in the seasons. Defeating him should yield strong rewards but also a new cosmetic set with one piece of the cosmetic dropping each time you defeat him. This will be a good way to create a endgame seasonal trophy which people can wear and use to show off which seasons they fully completed.
The reason i say that is because currently people are struggling to understand what the point of playing this game past a certain point is. There needs to be a more obvious goal people are pursuing each season. Playing just for the sake of playing gets boring real quick.
Now i have a question
Will this game get a “house” system? similar to what Path of Exile has? it seems to me like that is an obvious game system missing here which Diablo 4 can take full advantage of. You can allow us to create a farm, raise horses, decorate our homes, add trophies, etc etc. With some things carrying over season to season and some things does not.
