Feature Request: Highlight cursor

I already notice in accessibility there is an option to make the cursor a different size; however, when youre in the heat of a battle and there are explosions and so much going on, the cursor gets lost.

Could you please add an option to highlight the cursor? There are times where I lost track of where the cursor is.

serious question how do you forget the location of your mousepointer

i know exactly where mine is at all times i could probably even close my eyes

thats not the point, when youre in a huge battle, there are so many explosions and graphics going on that sometimes the cursor is lost in all of it.

I’m 100% with you, the cursor need to be highlighted during battle, is easy to lost it.

I often lose it in massive crowds of enemies with tons flashy skills going off. Making the cursor the max size has really helped me. I could see adding colors/borders to a cursor helping people, so I don’t see an issue with adding it. Just like most small changes, make it toggleable, so we can choose whether we’re going to use it.

I had this problem at the start and then I set the mouse cursor to be larger, it helped a lot but now in world tier 3 there is a lot more stuff on the screen so the problem returned. Maybe it’s because of my astigmatism…

Second that.

  1. Please allow user to change the size of cursor even bigger than currently allowed.
  2. Please allow user to change the highlight/color of the cursor, or at least allow options to change to some obscene / obnoxious color.

The current cursor size option is too limited even for 1440p, and that without able to change color, one still lose track of cursors.

Often times when mine is lost during battle I find it somehow got to the edge of the screen where I’m not looking because battle isn’t happening there. There is also a player highlight section, under the accessibility settings. I would suggest they add a separate cursor highlight section there the same way, or simply make it where if you enable player highlight, it highlights the cursor the same color.

Especially when trying to find silver cursor in middle of 12 white boned silver clad skeletal minions.

That is nice for you. On my 4k 120Hz OLED 48" TV I use as a monitor, it is easy to lose the cursor.

Maybe stop pretending everyone is playing on a tiny monitor set to low resolution like you are?

Great idea for a feature request for that! It can be tough in the midst of huge explosions to lose your cursor easily. But always remember, your skills aim at where your cursor is at on the screen :smiley:
