im over tarzan the jungleboi and wanna level an alt
I was able to start with penitent difficulty unlocked so i jumped straight to that and ran around killing stuff in helltides, was kinda rough but i got to 23 pretty fast
but now idk what to do to level fast lol, do i drop difficulty since i cant kill anything and just go farm helltide?

Get to 35 and slap on those mythic items and steamroll everything.
Ask someone to carry you through Pit 65 a few times and you will be 60 in 10 minutes.
Fastest way is for someone to power level you via the pit.
For solo, you can also use your main to run and grab a few T4 whisper caches to help with the early levels (only need about 4 to get to 35).
Focus on quick whispers. The 2 bosses in the PvP zone is 2-3 minutes to get one cache. Then focus on other fast +5 whispers; the maiden in HT, and one uber boss should get you another cache. Then you’ll just need two more caches (speed runs the dungeons.)
From there, use mythics as well as the tempering system to help get you up in power to run higher difficulty.
You can also farm t4 tree of whispers cashes and open those with your alt.
