Fastest way to level 52-60?

I am done the campaign and XP grinding is making me want to quit.

How do I hit 60 without wanting to gouge my eyes out?

Have you done the Strongholds? Those give huge chunks of XP when you kill the boss and then more when you turn in the quest. Other than that, I guess helltides like previously.

Are you consuming exp buffs (opals and potions) or playing in a group? Hitting 60 didn’t long for me, Cheers.

Helltides are the most boring piece of content in the entire game.

I refuse to do them.

The best you can do is quit the game. These statements you wrote are an indication Diablo 4 isn’t for you. You’ll be better off uninstalling the game. If you only played less than 3 hours via Steam, you might get a refund. If not, tough luck.

So Helltides are the entire game?

If you hate Helltides, you should quit?

That sounds logical to you?

Also, steam is 2 hours, not 3.

It takes 15 minutes to boost someone from 1 - 60…

Do whispers. It takes longer than helltide but the gold is much better.

Does the Pit or Undercity or anything not give good XP?

It seems weird the newer activities are not good sources of XP.

Put your Ashes from the Seasonal Battle Pass (which are on the Free track) into Player XP when you kill monsters ect, use any Potion (it rewards XP) and use Opals. That’s 3x the XP “boosts” right there alone.

The Pit is ideal until you can get into Infernal Hordes because not only is The Pit good for XP, you can upgrade your Glyphs to base Level 15 pretty quickly.

Infernal Hordes will skyrocket your Paragon levels and Mercenary Level XP exponentially when you’re Level 60 and can get into Torment 1 due to the nature of constant hordes of Elite mobs and the density is good mainly for Paragon and Mercenary XP boost.

If you don’t like Helltides due to the constant running around, just do the Blood Maiden event in the Helltides. Good XP, loot and Shards by the end of how long you want to stay there, have enough shards for x2 Mysterious Chests (275 ea) and the rest, open lesser Helltide chests. Also, don’t skip the Riftwalker event. It may be slow at first but the rewards when you go into the Rift thereafter is decent.

Overall, there’s no real “easy” way out to level up your character, there’s PLENTY of avenues you can go with to level up. Unless you want to grab a friend and have them speed run you though high The Pit levels, that’s the most optimal way. Good luck to ya!

I am stage 4 season Journey, level 51 and stg 36 BP.

Yet i have only been able to claim 1 ash from the BP.

Do you know how to get the others? I can’t click them to claim

Gonna have to hit up Blizz, your stuff is bugged.

That’s the text i get when holding over it.

I don’t know what favor earned even means

Yeah, we discussed this in the other thread. Pretty sure that message is supposed to go away when you complete the tier the ashes are on.

“Earned Favor” is the Experience gain towards that single track. That’s it. Play the game and the bar will fill up then when the bar is full, you’ll get the notification that “Tier XXX is ready for to be claimed”. I just looked at my next Ashes and it says the same thing. You have to fill that “XP” bar to be able to claim it.

EDIT: Also, on the “Season Journey”, you see the “Great Favor” icon on Chapter 1 Rewards?..that’s the “favor” it’s talking about. So, not only do you need to fill the XP bar to fill the Track, you also need those “Favors” to unlock certain rewards like the Ashes.

that’s what he’s saying though. He’s on tier 36 and has only been able to claim the tier 8 ashes it seems.

and if i have completed the tracks for like 3 different ashes and can’t claim?

I have not logged in today, maybe it’s fixed with the daily reset.

I’ll check later

It’s the Season Journey that has the Favors, that’s why. If you don’t have Season Journey Chapter 1 complete, you won’t get any “Favors” that count towards unlocking the Ashes to claim along with the XP that is needed to fill the bar to complete the claim.

“Favor is used towards unlocking Battle Pass reward tiers”

This includes Ashes.

No it’s not. You get favor just for playing and killing things. Season Journey just boosts it.

Favor

  • Used to unlock Reward Tiers
  • Earned via killing monsters, completing [Quests], and, most importantly, completing the [Season Journey] Objectives and Chapters (on top of items and Legendary Aspect unlocks).
  • Completing Chapters requires completing a certain number of Objectives. You do not need to complete every possible Objective in every Chapter.
  • Completing Objectives grants Smaller Favor, while completing Chapters grants Greater Favor.

strongholds then get some opals from realmwalker, and chain run the pit until 60.
