Which builds are the fastest to do content in general?
Whichever you like the most and are good at.
Personally I’m flying through stuff with flurry/rf.

There are three kinds of content:
- Speed lvling
- Farm nightmare dungeons
- Pushing high level nightmare dungeons
For speed lvling, you generally choose the best exp/hr dungeon to run it over and over again. The build will depend on that content. It’s probably not what you are asking.
To farm nightmare dungeons, it doesn’t really matter because you will be killing things that are maybe 10-25 levels above you. Any build should clear these content fast and easily.
To push high level NMD (ie most optimal build to kill very very high level mobs), you will find that the response will be mostly twisting blade and its variants.
I second the flurry/rapid fire build - it’s strong, fun and pretty quick to learn. There’s a good guide for it on Icy Veins (called dual core rogue build).
