They should have something similar to Eternity Splinters that dropped in Marvel Heroes. You could use them in that game to buy some stuff that normally cost money, like new heroes.
As far as I’m aware the only way to get free platinum in the game is by earning it in the paid battle pass. Personally I save mine to pay for the battle pass. I have enough for at least 4 more seasons, but if they don’t fix the grind and issues I have with the game I may just wander off until they do fix them. Just like I quit playing D3 until they fixed the game with Reaper of Souls expansion.
Technically you can do this but it would take a very long time unless u had a team of people to help you do it you buy Wow tokens with wow gold which is equal to 15 usd that is added to your account each skin costs 30-40 bucks so yah good luck
