hello guys and girls ive recently gotten banned in Diablo 4 for no reason at all no turbohud botting scripts or duping and when im writing a ticket to blizzard im just getting the default answer anyone else gotten false ban recently? blizzard reasoning for my ban is exploiting but havent exploitet anything

if you think you got wrongfully banned all you can do is appeal it. they then check your ban manually and see if there was a mistake. if the ban stays, its pretty certain you participated in an exploit.
What did your ban email say? You should have gotten one. If it said exploiting did you group with other people and run a bunch of Duriel runs by chance? Like an unusual amount at a time?

I’m guessing you got caught up with exploiters, either knowingly or unknowingly.
They cant ban you for playing with people that exploit lmao.
i highly doubt that happens btw. people been saying that about gold for example too. If thatd be the case, there would be by far more people complaining about bans.
its the same on every game. people mess with the rules, get banned while claiming they are super innocent.

You can’t have your community paranoid to participate in any trades or any groups at risk of losing their account in an Online only game.

I think you will find that they can. I would class a person reaping benefit from others exploiting as participating in and reaping benefit from others exploiting.

giggity, i have a clanmate this happened to. He was definitely innocent, but had major computer problems. Do you happen to have a disconnect problem? Such as you get disconnected when loading into full shards (instances)?
My clanmate got banned weeks after patch 1.1.1 was released where he ended up crashing all the time. i guess anti-cheat flagged him, pinged his kernel and it didnt get a reading, which is seen as suspicious. I wish you good luck. He never got his stuff back after 6+ appeals. but i do believe you could be innocent as ive seen it.
Please, you know fully well they don’t do these bans manually. Probably everyone that participated X amount of times with these exploit people got banned.
But how would they know these exploiters had duplicated shards of agony? Look at streamers like Rob who have 50 shards of agony. You cant blame someone for being naïve in what they are participating in. If they actually were the ones exploiting and duplicating, that’s another matter.
