Extremely slow performance after recent update

In the last few days after the windows update and blizard update, the game is unplayable due to graphics slow down. Even on the cut scenes. The game play is so slow it looks like a power point presentation. I am getting 6 frames per second if I am lucky.

I have:
Radeon Vega 56
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
32GB of ram. Any thoughts?
Already tried running any other updates that were available to see if that fixed the problem.
Drivers are adrenelin 23.5.2
