I have Gigabit connection. I tried downloading Black Ops 4 just for test, I download with 110 MB / s.
Now to D4.
I’m currently downloading D4 with a speed between 60 kB - 2 MB. 50 mins since the patch launched and I’m at 27%.
Sometimes it goes to 50 - 60 MB but it drops very fast back to 60 kB - 2 MB / s.
It’s clearly a problem with Diablo servers, since I can download other Battle.net games at full speed.

Should only take about 7 hrs at that rate, lol.
Yea, luckily sometimes spikes to about 10 MB, sometimes 60, so this will not be the case. I’m at 36% now.
Click the gear, goto settings, then downloads. Then set limit to bandwidth to 10000kbs. This worked for me.
Haha, it actually worked, but I did 100.000 because of the Gigabit connection.

pausing and starting again helped for me, for a few seconds. managed to increase the download time significant by doing this. had exact same issue
Same issue here, sitting at less than 500kb/sec

yes, it will hit 1MB/s every now and then but been going for 20 min and at 3%.
Just finished the download just shy of 7 hours to get it.
Now at ruins of Qara-Yisu, Blood and Sweat search for “Little Tuya” can’t find also in the same area quite a few Loose Stones LMB to interact with and nothing happens.
PATHETIC update with added issues.
I have tried for weeks now off and on, it logs me out and disconnects my internet completely.
