I’m a relatively new player (lvl 76) & experimenting with different builds & something changed when I moved to Torment… now my basic skills (that are the foundation for most builds) regenerate extremely slow whereas before (10+ lvls ago) I could throw puncture (as an example) almost endlessly. Too often all my skills are in cooldown & I get wiped.
I have tried every weapon/armor/jewelry enhancement & cannot speed up the cooldowns whatsoever. My attack is nearly 3x what us was 5-10 lvls ago but I’m putting out noticeably less damage because I’m constantly in cooldown.
Any suggestions?
Are you using the unique that makes your basic a spender? Shouldn’t have issues with attack with basic as long as you have same attack speed. If cooldowns are a problem maybe you had hectic on for cooldown based on basic attacks.
I’ve changed my equipment several times w/o noticeable impact but that is my best guess… I had something that reduced the cooldowns for basics considerably. Even then… that would be a result of one or more affixes. I thought I unlocked all of them but maybe I’m missing THAT one.
I wish I could just start over 5-10 lvls ago, but I don’t see anywhere on Xbox where it stores my last saved games.
you cant roll back on saves, there is probably an aspect you left out which is dipping your damage, also make sure you have some survivability when going into torment the normal level leap to torment for unexperienced players will hit ya hard
