how to get more exquisite blood?
right now i’m farming:
-blood maiden +1 each kill (sometimes +3 idk when)
-world bosses +3
-legion events +1
any other ways?

Sometimes you get lucky and elites/goblins/hellborne will drop them. I agree blood is probably the worst material to farm. Distilled Fear is pretty bad as well but at least you can clear NMDs if you build for speed and each dungeon seems to give at least 3 at the end and also NMD chests can drop it. I find I get 3 - 5 a run.
So Distilled Fear might be slower to get but I find the activity of doing it at least a little more engaging than falling asleep at the blood maiden.
They also super nerfed the baleful heart drop rate and I’m running out.

The trade channel would be the only other option.
You can get 2 from each higher level NMD (prob 30+ to match Dis Fear)… and not from the final room… An Elite spawn group drops them… If you miss picking them up they pop into your Chest. I many see them in the tile-set of the old prison / dungeons; but not in any of the areas of “kill all x”.
Then you get the 2 or 3 fear at the end.
tldr - do nmds and don’t just zippy run to the end of the dungeon.
Blood maiden… sometimes… 1 sometimes 0… Most of the times you can’t even do the blood maiden, depending on the time of day because you are the only one around and the stones to summon her are as rare as mythics.
Plus most people just run off once you put one in… another one waisted.

i dont know man, i’ve never gotten one exquisite blood from these 2
i have gotten up to 3 blood from maiden. also get them from completing events sometimes. also hellborne and other elites drop mats periodically.
I find walking around in the helltides , giving a better return on blood, than just farming maiden
But thats just me ;p
