I am running Necro and I have over 100 mats for Beast of Ice, but for Zir (I want lidless wall) I have to farm legion (you usually only get 1 vile of blood, sometimes 2) or wait for WB which drops 3. Why are we not getting a vile of blood from NMD’s like BoI? You can’t do blood harvest anymore to get more viles. This is very bad and needs to be fixed. Please!!

Im at the same spot, but with a Sorcerer, need the amulet, and its annoying and frustrating…

Same here, lucky for me i got the shield on my second time to kill him(i only had 18 blood to begine with😂)
I am also having the same issue. I’ve farmed Lord Zir a lot and RNG hates me. The bottleneck of getting Exquisite Blood is too narrow, or they need to add Liidless Wall to another Uber Boss to Farm. Penitent Greaves is on Grigoire and Lord Zir. Why not Lidless Wall?

blood harvest never gave exquisite blood. it gave potent blood for the seasonal ability upgrade. exquisite blood has always been only legion and wb.
The last 3 legion events I have done in WT4 have not dropped a single exquisite blood (all with 2 chest rewards). What a waste of time.
the drops are fine, just play the game, or buy them like most people do

And the problem is true even now, Exquisite Blood drop is ridicoulos rare, from january to august Blizzard not fixed the problem.
whole system needs rework, I’m drowning in mats for the grigoire boss but I have zero for Varshan, Zir and Beast
if you farm bloodmaiden she drops exquisite blood like every kill. its not rare anymore
Sure 1-2 each time and you must first farm heart, which are limited by numbers and time(chests) or rng drop.
And you need 9/27 of them to do a single attempt, how you can say they are not rare?
In a single helltide opened all the chest both area expect one(last living steel chest) i get only 4 exquisite blood in 44 minutes
Now i need to do this for another 44 minutes to do one single attempt of normal lord zir or a i need 7 hours to do a single tormented lord zir attempt.
I think not even mobile f2p are so bad.
spend less than 30mins in helltide summoning bloodmaiden and you have enough cinders to open every chest in every zone. you never run out of hearts to summon her. summoning her and killing her takes no time. i mean farming exquisite blood is easy and you get tons of items and mats at the same time. i dont understand your complaint
remember you can stack the profane mindcage 3 times now. you get tons more cinders and your threat meter will fill faster
As you need 27 blood for one T Zir summon, I agree. Farming Helltide for 10 hours to get enough for a 3x rotation is ridiculous.
You seems to not understand bloodmaiden drop only 1-2 exquisite blood, even opening all the chest you are limited by the numbers of the chests, you can’t farming exquisite blood.
Even doing one entire helltide of farming bloodmaiden you can’t do a single tormented lord zir.
Same thing is for grimoire and varshan, both time limited and numbers of try per hour is limited, chests and whispers, but the situation is a little better for better quantity.
The only possible to be farmed is distilled fear for ice beast, because you can do endless nmd.
Basically they are using method you can see in f2p p2w game.
I can only hope Blizzard wake up and remember this is a diablo game and not a mobile p2w f2p mmorpg.
With infernal horde they have fixed the pit resources and gold lacking, hopefully they will add a chest in infernal horde for summoning materials, even only for the basic ones.
Seriously, it needs to drop off more things, farming Maiden is annoying and it still barely gives any. Meanwhile you get an infinite amount of Hearts and Steel just trying to farm Blood.
