I only found 2 pools out of 20 dungeon runs and neither were clickable. This is happening way too often. Since the season started only about half of the pools found are clickable. It’s getting pretty old at this point.

In another thread on this topic there were comments to the effect that the pools “unlock” when you kill enough/all of the nearby monsters. It’s like a reward for completing some task in the dungeon. Personally I’ve rarely even seen the XP ones… maybe 2 this whole season. And not at all since I’ve switched to playing in Eternal.
I got 3 in a row a couple of days ago and all were clickable thankfully. The pool is encased in vines that you have to destroy to click on them. They just don’t always become clickable after destroying the vines. That’s the main problem.
