So given the 3 characters I have at 100 all stack CC CD and Vulnerability. Have I just been massive nerf due to the caps.

I say it wouldn’t change much. Only other builds can do basically the same if not better.
I’ll Wana test it but to need anything now is ridiculous. Be better to buff everything else.
Unsure how druid and Necro are performing next season I was hoping to play bear but there seems to be abit of doom and gloom about druid nowe
Since monster get nerf along with CC/vuln nerf you will not feel it so much as you think, i hope.
One can only hope cause if this changes overall stats on multiple geared toons that’s a a$$ and a half to refarm
It’s TBD how it will all play out - we’ll know come the 17th.
As far as what it is you “stacked”(which many of us did, myself included) - if it’s on all your GEAR then …all your gear is effectively useless considering Item Power goes up to 925 now.
I think they tried to homogenize the buckets vs pigeonholing players into 2-3 Affixes to rule them all.
*edit - Specifically Weapons are “useless”. USeless overall was a bad word because I’m sure our gear is functional - though irrelevant considering it’ll all be Eternal(for me at least).
With Affix changes and Implicit Affix changes on rings etc, unique items and so on, it’ll probably be a case of out with the old and in with the new either way.
It’s not useless gear 925 o mean NM dungeon one and one hundred are the same just stuff has more health and more damage honestly
Aaand this is why I basically stopped playing for quite awhile and I dont plan on coming back until all the sweeping changes are long done.
The number one thing I cant stand is to be nerfed. Infuriating to lose progress and feel weaker than before and not be able to do a damn thing about it.
