Sad to see this one basically none existent. I think it needs a return, Certainly missing it as a synergy with deathblow, to increase the chance of the instant recharge on kill.
For those of us that enjoyed the depth affix’s provided. Now that things are cleaner and more digestible with tempering can we please get some of the depth back.
Another option i guess is to have it as a affix on the Overkill unique hammer.
