Many items now , after I reset the masterwork, will roll the exact same stat over and over after I reset it.

I’ve had the same issue. Also have noticed this with Tempering where I’ll roll the exact same temper every time.
Any idea how to submit an actual bug report or does Blizzard know and just doesn’t care/know how to fix it ?
It’s probably a matter of the posts that get the most attention. Not a very good way of reporting bugs/glitches, but it’s what they chose to do instead of paying someone to read, categorize bug reports and document to the public on a specific site to state that they have received and are working on/not working on/working as intended.
Funny thing is, I went broke to get just one item to +4 with the right affix proc. I got the same garbage affix crit about 25 times in a row.
