idk if this happens for anyone else but adding the three skill points makes no difference on my character sheet or my cooldown times in general idk if this is a tooltip bug or what but seems needs fixing? or i need some clarificaiton
Hah, I never thought to check if it was working. I should have known better. God knows We can’t expect Sorcerer crap to work as intended. Ever.

it does work, but you can’t see it unless you’re in training room or somewhere else outside city
