EVGA 3070 ti Character/Shop Panels spike GPU heat

Problem:
GPU Temps rise sharply (75c => 90c+) especially when character or shop screens are active. For example in Kyovashad, GPU temp is around 75c-80c. Opening the character panel temp quickly raises to 90-90c.

Environment:
PC Win 11
EVGA 3070 ti
Ryzen 5 5600X
32G Ram

Steps to Recreate:

  1. Note GPU temp in open world.
  2. Open Character/shop screen.
  3. Note GPU Temp
