This is why every ultimate skill has the same x200% cap when Lacerate is quite weaker than other 3 meta ultimate skills: Cataclysm, Bloodwave, Rain of Arrows.
This is why Sorc has a cap 60% on all passives and paragon nodes. They just copied and pasted.
