Eternal Realm and Legacy item dilema (suggestion)

Im a player that dont care about Eternal Realm, but since there are many people that play there, why devs dont let player turn (Legacy) Mithic Uniques into 2 sparks to get the new version?

Since they improved the drop rate, i dont even think is necessary, but still most people are being negative about this, so let them have the new one…

Or 4 sparks so they can just literally remake them since Blizzard did not feel like updating them themselves. Still does not get back the masterwork time and materials but would have been a decent compromise.
