This is still not fixed. Its midway through season 2. On Series X, it still shows as not complete. Under the Collections, Challenges, Exploration it’s still at 50%. Still shows Scosglen @ Kehjistan as not started. They are all complete. Under Map, Region Progress all areas are discovered. Blizzard can you please look into this and provide a solution? And yes, I play back and forth between Xbox and PC

I’ve noticed that the altar of redemption in fractured peaks seems to not be tracking as it was my last to be discovered but I died when I hit the point it unfogged on the map but didn’t count on the point still seeing 75 of 76 I’ve double checked my map points from map online one and have nothing fogged on the map not sure if it counts as the same bug or not
Quick update I’ve also gone in with a hc alt and hit the same spot and it tracked the location as being discovered so I’m not sure if dying on the point on main tripped it up
it’s fixed for me and i’ve played on xbox pc and ps5. I exited to the character select screen on xbox after getting the challenge completed and when i logged back in the xbox achievement popped.
TL;DR - Sightseer is half-working as of June 2024. Once you know all regions are complete, back out to the character select menu and then back in. Bonus trophy info at the bottom.
Just thought I’d update this thread for others like me who found this months down the line when trying to work on it for themselves. I’m a crossplatform PC/PlayStation 5 guy and have been working to hopefully make this my third ever platinum.
I was about to confirm the functionality of a different trophy until I remembered what thread I was in, so I’ll add that as a bonus. Far as the Sightseer trophy goes, once I got all areas showing in the Region info in game, I backed out to the character select menu (after playing for a while longer just cuz) and when I went back in onto the same character, the achievement popped as the game finished loading!
Bonus trophy info: Regarding opening 10 chaos caches from the Tree of Whispers, it’s a bit of a nightmare to get because it’s totally random whether that specific (or any cache really) will show up in the list. However once you’ve acquired one, DONT open it, but instead drop it (hold square on PS5, or X on Xbox if you’ve never really had to drop stuff before lol) and pick it up. Do this as many times as necessary until it pops. I had to do it about 6 times. When I got a couple of “drops” away from getting the trophy a little thing popped up in game informing me that it was nearing completion, so I knew I was on the right track.

Hi. PS5 only player here.
All 5 zones have 100% explored. But in the challenges, I’m at 4/5. Fractured peaks not completed even though it’s showing 74/74.
One thing I’m wondering. Why have I seen some players with x/76 ? I only have 74.
Any ideas?

I have the same issue on PS5, only played on console but I can’t get the achievment even if I have discovered all 74/74 areas in Fractured Peaks.
The wierd thing is that if I check in challenges/exploration, it says that Fractured Peaks wanderer has Not Started yet.
I only miss this achievment for the platinum
I also still have this issue. Been over every tiny bit of the map amd still 2 areas not explored. Went over the 2 missing areas multiple times amd still nothing.
Same issue still here. 74/74 in Fractured Peaks and that challenge and achievement still won’t complete.
Been broken since launch.

Crossplayer here, same issue. The trpohy won’t pop up on PS5… So I cannot go Platinum oO
