Opened an escalation dungeon with horadric affix on it, did the strong room, went to finish the first level of the dungeon, and the 3rd skeletal construct to finish the level, is no where to be found.
Completly wasted the only strongroom affix sigil I had on something that I cannot complete.
I’ve left the dungeon via teleport and teleported back in, teleported out and used the waypoint to get back in, and even ran back through the strongroom and it still wont populate.
