I think cursed shrines where you fight 5+ waves are also affected by a blood blister bug.
Sometimes the next wave wont spawn when there has been a blood blister on screen and all enemies were killed

Same dungeon? I would like to get a bit more info from you on this if i can.
I would like to / will keep an eye out, to replicate.
If you are able to confirm this at some point please post it in the bug forums, and tag me on this thread, in the mean time ill try to find a sigil with it to test myself as well. <3

I will try to create some blood blister sigils in a few dungeons including this one.
Bug could have been unrelated but it happened when Blood Blisters where active, got it like 2 times

it would make sense that it can occur in any dungeon where events can occur on blister spawn is anchored, ive just never seen it confirmed anywhere else other than Kor Dragan.

I had this same issue. I salvaged all my Kor Dragan sigils to avoid this issue in the future till I read patchnotes about it getting fixed.
Sounds like it may be worth avoiding blood blisters dungeons entirely, perhaps.
