I purchased the Gold Funko and it was supposed to come with a Weight Of Gold Bundle for mount. I used the code that was sent to me but I didn’t see it in game. So I tried, again, and the error that is attached to this ticket is what I got.
I’ve been having the same issues as you and no one in the support is helping when submitting tickets. I had read somewhere that the weight of gold mount is reused from another mount and might be named something else in-game if you already have it. I compared wiki and images to see if I have it and I in fact did get it a different way in-game already. Kinda sucks that they would reuse a skin and sell it with a Funko. It almost seems like robbery as that was half the incentive for me to buy the Funko but alas I’m collecting all the Diablo Funkos so the purchase was warranted regardless.

It just seems wrong that they duplicate and then give us BS facts when we paid to get extra and don’t.
