Error Imprinting Aspect on Legendary Offhand (focus)

Error;

“Only Rare and Legendary items can have Aspects imprinted”

The item is currently Legendary with imprint, previously rare. Attempting to improve/replace the imprint.
Item is greyed out when interacting with Occultist.

I don’t think you can modify items once you imprint.

I saw complaints earlier about people losing items because they were not prevented from trying and the occultist just destroyed the item/lost the imprint.

I had it in my head that you could destroy a lego, grab the power then imprint it multiple times, after removing it again of course.

But now, at least, it grays it out so you can’t blow up your item and lose your money.

Hey, yeah you definitively can replace aspects infinitely, all my other items work fine in this way. Just this one offhand causing issues.
Not to mention, Sorc off-hands lose their transmorg after a couple of minutes every time

Yeah I can replace every aspect on my gear inprinted or not. But the focus is bugged and won’t let me replace it with another aspect from my Inventory or Codex, but I can do this with other items?

This is diff a bug for sure.

When I go to the Occulist the Focus is greyed out, like it isn’t even a rare or legendary.

Blizzard needs to fix this.

I have the same problem.

I looted an item, imprited a wrong one, and now i’m stuck with an item i cannot use…
It’s upgrade at 4/5 right now. I have another ancestral 4/5 that i can still imprit…

Help ?

Just wanted to say me and my Sorc friends are experiencing the same thing. It wasn’t a problem before to imprint a sacred legendary or rare, but now i went to WT4, I cannot imprint Ancestral Offhands. Just some clarification/transparancy would go a long way. Or even just admitting you know of this bug and are looking into it. It’s not THAT much of an effort to reply on forums in threads that are reporting bugs.

So the reason you can’t imprint items is due to a lack of gold in your inventory. I wasnt able to imprint unto sacred until i had about 400k on hand, and couldnt imprint unto ancestrals until I had 600-700k on hand.

Kinda strange. Maybe occultist thinks you stole it

Yep, having the same issue on offhand for sorc and the transmog keeps coming off. Some other off hands of mine do not have this issue. Its a blood orb if that matters.

Same as everybody else, cant imprint on legendary focus - and looses transmog all the time.

Interesting, was a book for me, have since replaced it with another Focus.
