I’m receiving an error when attempting to login.
“The lobby server is currently not available. Please double check your version. (Code 397000)”
With an accept button.
I’ve been attempting to login for quite some time now, and continue to get this error. I updated my graphics card and do not see an option to update the beta.
I’m very close to 20; if this error persists and I’m unable to login, will we be provided the unlocks?
Can’t delete the dup post for some reason. Also, FYI - I was able to login… pure conjecture, but I noticed something weird:
- I see a login queue right away, then it does a few things, then I get a login queue again
- I canceled out of the very first queue and let Diablo 4 close out normally
- When I attempted to login again, it worked.
No idea if I just got lucky, but I believe I had a cancel and manual close earlier before this started. Wondering if my account was in a weird spot from that and the normal close cleared it out? Dunno…
