Error code WS-116142-5

I am getting error code WS-116142-5 on my PS5, won’t let me log in to the game. this never happened before, just happened today morning. My internet at home is completely fine and unchanged, and I can log into the game on PC battle net no issue.

Same error. It says “something went wrong” followed by the error code WS-116142-5

Same here, PS5. Tried rebooting modem, rebuilt database in safe mode, changed network dsn, nothing works. Connects to PS network no problem. Other games work fine. Have tried everything the internet recommends other than redownloading the game.

Are the servers just down? Happening to me too. restarted everything

My buddy is playing just fine on XBOX, seems to just be PS5. But other games work fine, so its not the PS5 network, its just limited to PS5 and diablo. Im trying to avoid redownloading the game (4 hours minimum), hoping there will be a quicker fix.

Пс перезагружал

Тоже ничего не помогает. Даже другой инет пробовал и днс менял, всё мимо
