Error code 800013

I keep getting the error code 800013 when I enter the shop. I am unable to purchase any cosmetics for the vessel of hatred and lord of hatred expansions even though I have both of said expansions. Please help me. This will be my last post.

  • Error 800013 is a Blizzard shop bug, not your account.

  • It blocks Vessel of Hatred and Lord of Hatred cosmetics even if you own both expansions.
