Error Code: 397500 at Character Creation

I was able to make a character earlier and got disconnected. It won’t let me load that character and when I try to make a new one it gives me Error Code: 397500. Fun.

same error here, shame we pay to be QA for them, we should get paid instead

same here. hubby logged out and now has a 108 min queue. dont know if i should continue sitting here or try and log in again
