Unable to log in getting Error Code 395002. There are many of us that are having this issue. This is for Diablo 4. Some of us have not played in a while and some were just able to play yesterday but are unable to log today. Not only that it is happening from what I have read on more than one platform.

I am having the same problem. I left during a lvl 50 pit I escaped out over 3 hours ago and can’t get back into the game.

I bought the game expansion yesterday… after a day of work, i log in to relax and BAAAAMMM, error code 395002. i understand why i stopped at D4 without any DLC THX Blizzard

First, I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing this in the game. I can imagine how it must feel to encounter a challenge that prevents you from fully enjoying your gaming experience.
So I did some deep digging for you, let me explain what’s going on!
This error occurs after too many consecutive login attempts. It can also happen if you are suddenly disconnected from the server. Try waiting 5-10 minutes before attempting to log back in. This allows the server more time to update your account’s status.
If the situation remains the same or you have further concerns after trying the above, please report the issue on our Diablo IV Tech Support forum.

I did reply back to this letting them know that I did not try logging in too many times and I was not in game to get kicked out of it. So will keep you informed as I know more.

Same. Went to close game and then it froze. Next day and I have this error code. Playing on Steam

So there 5000 plus people trying to get in and we are quote unquote trying to log in too many attempts read the damn posts DEVS!!
Got the same problem.
Haven’t played for over 15 hours. Logged out perfectly fine last night.
First time trying to login today (Bnet), and I get the error.
So I haven’t tried too many times or tried to log in quickly after a DC or anything of the sort.
Let’s hope they fix this asap.
It now is stating on laucher that “We are aware of an issue that is affecting our authetication servers, which may result in slow or failed login attempts. We are currently investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available.” So they are working on it at this time.
Me too joins the ranks of those who cannot enter the game.
It was fine in the morning, I came back from work right away and unfortunately I can’t play…
We can only wait and hope that they will fix it soon.
Watch it be a completely different login issue unrelated to code 395002. Would not surprise me at all.

there was other topics with same problem. In playstation and xbox too have problem with login
Yep, seems to be on all versions, but they are “investigating the cause and will provide updates as they are available”. So it’s just a waiting game now.
