Am I the only experiencing this error in Diablo IV? The game froze in the middle of the campaign and when I tried to log in back, I cannot do so. It says my character has not finished being saved. It’s been 6 hours already and still I cannot log in.
This happened to me today. I heard about the anniversary stuff and updated the game to log in. I was hit with the message.
“Your character has not finished being saved by their current game, or your account is otherwise busy. Please wait a few minutes so we can safely log you out, and try again. (Code 395002)”.
I haven’t even played in probably 2 weeks or more, so I don’t know what could be saving or why my account would be busy.
Same here as soon as the update completed it started doing this
