Error Code: 330008 "Problem Logging in"

Hello, I have been unable to log into my personal acct ever since the update from 11/12/25. Before my acct was fine and I can log in and play, now it’s stating that there’s a “problem logging in.”

I’ve hopped on my brothers acct and it logged in perfectly fine, I rebooted my router, changed wifi, unplugged ps5 for 5-10 min, shut it down for a couple hrs, uninstalled and reinstalled the game and this annoying code keeps popping up.

I’m honestly getting pretty frustrated since blizzard doesn’t have the best of “customer support” so now I am stuck here unable to play with my brother. Please help!!!

I have this same problem. Re-installed the game, updated graphics drivers, tried a different internet connection, released/renewed IP’s, updated windows 10. Support doesn’t know what error code 330008 means and I guess can’t find out.
