I was able to play the game normally until yesterday.
Today, after coming home from work, I tried to log in. However, after selecting my character and waiting for the loading process to finish, I received Error Code 316610, and I am unable to enter the game.
I am a player who only plays the game from home and do not use PC cafés or other computers. I have not done anything unusual or taken any action since my last login.
I have also tried using the repair and verification functions, but I am still unable to log in.
Could you please look into this issue and help me resolve it?
