Well I bought the game under my wife’s account not thinking I needed to under my account. I’ve played all betas under my name but now with the early release it’s saying that the game can’t find a valid license for it! Code 315306. I shouldn’t have to pay 200 plus dollars just to pay a game on the same system. When u played every beta without an issue!

This error code was affecting everyone yesterday on console.
Super annoying but try downloading a free game, literally anything from the PlayStation store and apparently it will work.

I’m having the same issue, but we’re playing on Xbox. I bought Diablo 4 ultimate edition, I can play the early release, but my wife keeps getting the (does not have a valid license) nonsense.

Us 2 my boyfriend can play but I get the error code we shouldn’t have to buy two games when it was already 90$

Have a similar issue. Bought the game on Xbox, played for a little until connecting my Xbox to my BattleNet account - now I can’t access the game because of the license error

Why can’t I still play this is ridiculous like fix your stuff blizzard my boyfriend bought the ninety dollar version of the game we should be able get early release for the both of us we shouldn’t have to pay for another game that’s not cool
