Haven’t been able to log in all day. First attempted around 7:30am EST on Xbox and received the error 300201 message. It’s 5 hours later and still unable to connect.
I see others with this issue but no official word yet. What is going on and what is the fix to resolve?
The flow of messages is as follows:
- Queued for login < 1min
- Connecting to Diablo 4 services
- Queued
- Error “There was a problem logging in (code 300201)”

Same issue on PS5 for multiple hours with no solution. Upsetting I paid over $100 for this junk

I’m having the same issue on PS5. Husband and son are logged in just fine, so it’s not our Internet. Would love a fix so I can play with them!

Same error code on Xbox series x. It would be cool for an update or explanation of what the error code is.
Got a reply on Twitter they are looking in to it. Of course someone else got that same reply 9 hours ago.
